CaptoDocs managed to transform document management across every department of its company. How? By combining artificial intelligence with an OCR system, manual processes became automatic. Now employees only have to supervise the process.
Profile and background
Back in 2019, the founders of CaptoDocs had nothing more than an idea born out of their daily working lives. With no technical background of their own, they turned to Neurafy to get their project off the ground.
Objective
To develop software capable of automating the tasks that come with receiving any kind of document, flexible enough to serve different types of company and department, and able to connect with the management systems already in place.
Solution
The Neurafy team brought in artificial intelligence to recognize many different document types, improving accuracy and speed over the solutions on the market. CaptoDocs didn't want a cloud based solution but a tool they could install on their clients' own machines, with full transparency and none of the costs of a SaaS. We built a Docker package installable on Windows, Linux or Mac: an integrating solution with no limits imposed by the operating system.
